You are fixing symptoms, not roots

Most problems people try to fix are symptoms. The missed deadline, the avoidable conflict, the decision reversed for the third time — these are not the problem. They are the visible edge of something underneath.

When we treat the symptom, we get temporary relief and permanent recurrence. The behaviour comes back because the structure that produces it was never touched.

Formation works differently. It asks a harder question first: what is the root condition that keeps producing this? And then it addresses that — patiently, structurally, at depth.

This is slower. It is also the only thing that lasts.

If this resonates, the next step is the needs assessment. Ten minutes to identify the root gap and the right programme.
